Next Victoria's Secret Angel? Dannii Minogue channels Miranda Kerr in angel wings as she struts her stuff on an imaginary catwalk backstage at X Factor

She's already a successful singer, X Factor judge, fashion designer and mother but it seems that ambitious Dannii Minogue wants to add another string to her bow.

The 42-year-old beauty took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a slow motion video of her strutting her stuff in some luscious, black wings - just like the Victoria's Secret's Angels.

However, standing at just 5ft 1in in comparison to former VS Angel and fellow Aussie Miranda Kerr's 5ft 8in slender frame didn't seem to play on the star's mind as she took to the imaginary catwalk.

Looking good: Dannii Minogue took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a slow motion video of her strutting her stuff in some luscious, black wings - just like the Victoria's Secret's Angels

Wearing a chic black leather, knee-length dress - far more material than we're used to seeing the Angels in - the mother-of-one did her best supermodel impression.

Messing about backstage at X Factor with fellow judge Natalie Bassingthwaighte, the pair break down laughing when Dannii gets to the end of the catwalk and gave a wink to the camera.

With her hand on her hip, she turned around and strutted back again, swishing her hips from side to side.

'So I found some wings backstage at @xfactor_au#DoYouWannaSeeMyAngelCatwalk?' she captioned a snap of her in the impressive feathers in a bid to tease her 123,000 Instagram fans.

She followed it up with a 15 second video of her strut and captioned it:

'Angel walk back stage at The X Factor @xfactor_au @natbassingthwaighte #angel #xfactorfun #wardrobefunny #HowGoodAreTheLaughs?'

Meanwhile, the X Factor Australia judge hasn't had much luck in this year's competition so far.

Two of her acts, boy band Younger Than Yesterday and girl group Thrill, have already been booted off the show while the other three judges Ronan Keating, Redfoo and Bassingthwaighte have three acts remaining.

However, Dannii told Sydney Confidential on Sunday that she's going to fight to the bitter end for her two acts, XOX and Brothers 3.

'I admit we are starting to dread Mondays,' the I Begin To Wonder songstress said.

But she added: 'I am definitely going to go for another win... I am going to fight until the end.

'The good thing is the contestants have watched the show... They know my track record from all the other years and what I did overseas as well, so I think they know the odds are good.'
