For the third year in a row, 60,000 people packed the Great Lawn in New York City’s Central Park for the Global Citizen concert for charity. The star-studded event brought out all the big stars in TV, music and film — but while they all looked amazing, who do YOU think donned the best look of the night? VOTE.
The third annual Global Citizen concert held in Central Park brought out the biggest and best dressed stars — and it was all for a good cause, as proceeds help raise money to end extreme poverty around the world. What better way to get people to open their pockets and donate than by bringing out a bunch of today’s hottest artists and have them preform a free concert? As always, with the performances come fabulous fashion choices! Who kept it simple and who dressed a little outside-the-box during the concert? It was the battle of the best maternity wear! Alicia Keys and Carrie Underwood are both currently expecting, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t dress their bump up! Alicia kept her look toned down, wearing an all-white ensemble that looked like she just got back from the gym, (and then decided to preform on stage). Carrie, on the other hand, looked hotter than ever in a black Alice + Olivia blazer, which she accessorized with Jacob & Co. jewels. Spectators probably couldn’t get a glimpse of the bump because she kept it under wraps, but the girl still looked amazing up on that stage.
Would it really even be considered a big concert if the King and Queen didn’t show up? Thats right, Beyonce and Jay-Z took the stage to perform, and, most likely, blew everyone away. Bey, of course, looked flawless as ever wearing a Dolce & Gabbana design that included a long-sleeved lacy shirt with extremely high-waisted black pants that showed off her famous curves. The songstress topped off the look with a diamond statement necklace that made this look the winner of the day, (even if her boobs did pop out during the performance).
Not everyone can rock the crowd like Beyonce, but there were plenty of stars that turned out to support the event. TV darling Sophia Bush looked flawless as ever showing up to the event wearing a black leather skirt, a simple black top, and a delicate gold necklace. She finished off the look with a pair of small black booties and she truly looked ready to rock out at the concert — it was fun, casual, and cool!
GIRLS star Allison Williams turned up to an afterparty wearing a black crop top with a white Peter Pan collar and a long black pencil skirt. Allison kept this look simple, chic, and showed off something that we could wear ourselves. Both her and Sophia were the standouts at the Global Citizen afterparty and we absolutely love both of their looks.
