Tickets to see Damon Albarn's 3D creations were selling like hot cakes this morning - but there's still a chance to pick up tickets
Gorillaz's much anticipated return has got fans in a flurry to see them live on tour across the UK later this year.
Tickets for the 'Humanz' UK tour went on sale earlier today, but in just a matter of hours several dates sold-out, prompting organisers to announce an extra London date on the 5 December. You can still get tickets now from Ticketmaster here.
The tour, which marks the return of the group after a seven year hiatus, is set to take place later this year, with scheduled dates in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
The tour will see the animated band (2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle, and Russel Hobbs) joined on stage by the Gorillaz live band fronted by Damon Albarn.
The group will perform songs from their new album 'Humanz', which has received widespread critical acclaim since it was released last month and includes a host of big name collaborations including De La Soul and Grace Jones.
