Amber Rose could get more than $1 million in prenup as ex Wiz Khalifa demands joint custody of their son

Amber Rose could get some serious green in her bitter divorce from “Black and Yellow” rapper Wiz Khalifa.

The model is slated to get a one-time payment north of $1 million under a prenup signed when the couple married last year, TMZ.com reported.

Rose made her shock divorce filing Tuesday asking for sole custody of the couple’s 1-year-old son Sebastian.

Khalifa, 27, filed a response Friday asking for shared custody, TMZ first reported.

He hired high-profile lawyer Laura Wasser, the celebrity divorce expert who’s repped Kim Kardashian, Maria Shriver and Britney Spears.

A former video vixen who gained fame dating rapper Kanye West, Rose reportedly made numerous demands in the lengthy prenup and wants it enforced since it provides a bigger payday than she might otherwise get for the 14-month union.

According to TMZ, the prenup, which is at least eight pages long, also provides for spousal support upwards of $5,000 per month.

Rose’s lawyer declined to comment Friday.

The bald-headed beauty, 30, said on Twitter that she was “crushed” over the divorce, but she kept her chin up during a night on the town late Thursday.

She went to a rock show featuring Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash at The Roxy on the Sunset strip and dined at Brazilian restaurant Bossa Nova with an entourage that included Nick Simmons, the son of Kiss rocker Gene Simmons.

“Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a millions years I think u guys know this,” Rose tweeted Thursday morning.

“Unfortunately my now ex husband can’t say the same,” she swiped.

She said she was “devastated and crushed” but that her main focus was Sebastian Taylor Thomaz, the couple’s son born in February 2013.

Khalifa, 27, has yet to comment publicly on the bitter breakup.

“Give a random compliment today,” he tweeted Friday. “Listen to someone else’s life story.”

According to TMZ, Khalifa believes Rose has been getting too close with Mariah Carey’s estranged hubby Nick Cannon, the head of her new management company.

Cannon has denied any romantic connection.

Rose filed her surprise divorce paperwork Tuesday and listed the date of separation as Monday.

She cited “irreconcilable differences" in her filing in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Rose is asking for full custody of Sebastian with visitation granted to Khalifa.

She gave no indication of any trouble in the marriage on Khalifa's birthday two weeks ago.

"Happy 27th Birthday @mistercap I'll love u forever.... Hope this year is an amazing one for u sweetheart," she wrote Sept. 8 on Instagram.
