Lea Michele, ‘Glee’ cast remembers Cory Monteith year after his death

Many original cast members from the Fox show took to their social media pages to honor Monteith, who died July 13 a year ago.

A year after his shocking death, the cast of "Glee" remembered Cory Monteith with heartfelt tributes to the late actor on social media.

Lea Michele, and many of the original cast members including Matthew Morrison, Amber Riley, Kevin McHale and show creator Ryan Murphy, posted tributes Sunday — a year to the day after Monteith was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room.

"We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile," Michele, 27, wrote on Twitter, sharing a photo of her and Monteith.

"We will love you and miss you always."

She also posted an old photo of the couple together on a beach to her Instagram page.

Monteith died of a heroin and alcohol overdose, toxicology reports confirmed. He was 31 years old.

"I remember your smile and your warm hugs!" Riley, 28, who plays Mercedes Jones on "Glee," wrote. "(One) year without you and your presence is still felt. Miss and love u everyday big bro."

"I personally believe Cory was reborn into some other beautiful form a year ago today," Morrison, 35, added on his Twitter page.

"I celebrate him and his life... Wherever that may be."
