Mariah Carey has revealed that Bryan Tanaka is her boyfriend.
According to sources, Grammy winning artist has been spending a lot of her time with Tanaka who is a backup dancer.
The pair was seen on a beach in Hawaii, holding hands during a Christmas performance and posing in a hot tub in a snap on Valentine’s day. Their romance was even documented in ‘Mariah’s World’.
Previously, Mariah was engaged to Australian James Packer. Shortly after their breakup it was revealed that Packer had issues with Mariah’s good terms with her backup dancer Tanaka.
Her ex-husband Nick Cannon who has the custody of their two kids, went on to claim that it was all fake. “First of all, I think the whole reality show is fake. Like, that s— doesn’t happen. I don’t buy none of that s—,” Cannon stated.
However, Mariah let the cat out of the bag, confirming that she was indeed dating her backup dancer Tanaka. She admitted in an interview, stating, “I’m just going to be like ‘I really don’t talk about my personal life. Because that’s what I used to do and it really worked for a minute, back, a while ago. I just don’t feel comfortable talking about my personal life. Me and my boyfriend don’t want to do that.”
