The Duchess of Cambridge is reportedly "struggling terribly" with severe morning sickness and has taken refuge at her family's home.
Catherine, who is around 10 weeks pregnant, is staying at the home in Bucklebury, Berkshire, with her son Prince George as she battles hyperemesis gravidarum, which causes severe vomiting.
A source told the UK's Daily Mail she "hasn't been at all well" and was "feeling so lousy that she just wanted to be with her family and out of public view".
"She is extremely close to Carole [Middleton], who is very much a hands-on grandmother. Between her and their nanny, Maria, Kate has all the help she needs with George while she is feeling so sick."
The source added that "Bucklebury is somewhere she can just relax and be herself".
Her mother Carole Middleton has apparently been researching alternative sickness cures, and was spotted in local shops looking after her 15-month-old grandson.
One sales assistant wrote on Twitter: "Served Kate Middleton's mum and Prince George today at work. He is gorgeous!"
Catherine was admitted to hospital suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum during her pregnancy with Prince George.
