Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have a little one on the way!
The 27-year-old actress announced the news on her Preserve website in a post celebrating moms and moms-to-be.
"With family on our mind, we looked to the origin of it all—to the women in our lives who are right there, at that special moment; at the creation of family. Today we celebrate them. With food to fill their tummies (as if that needs more filling), presents to soothe their tired (and swollen) soles, toys to warm their baby’s souls, projects to provoke them, and decorations to inspire creativity and merriment in all," she wrote in the posting where she also posted a shot of her growing baby bump.
In 2012, Blake told Allure that she and Ryan were looking forward to starting their family and were hoping for a large one.
"I've always wanted a big family," she said at the time. "Oh, I'd love 30 [children] if I could."
Ryan, 37, echoed his wife's big sentiments in 2013 while speaking with Details.
"We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families—my parents did four, Blake's did five. A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know?" the actor explained. "We'll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think."
After meeting in 2011 while co-starring "Green Lantern," Blake and Ryan wed in 2012. This will be the first child for both stars.
