Iggy Azalea has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, the same one shopping around an alleged sex tape they made together.
The “Black Widow” rapper is suing Maurice Williams, or rapper Jefe Wine, for stealing the contents of her computer when they were living together in Atlanta in 2009.
Azalea is suing him for violating her copyright, trademark, name and likeness as he tried to put out unreleased music as well as shop a sex tape, The Hollywood Reporter reports. However, the lawsuit she filed on Wednesday did not mention the sex tape.
He tried to sell an EP called Inizio with songs she was working on as an aspiring artist.
As we previously reported, Williams has claimed Azalea signed an agreement allowing him to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images.”
Azalea is maintaining that he forged this agreement. She is also denying that a sex tape even exists.
