Madonna is looking hotter than ever in a new campaign for Versace's spring-summer 2015 collection, shot nearly 20 years (yes, you read that right) after her first collaboration with the luxury brand.
Madonna is looking fierce and, quite frankly, ageless in her fourth campaign with Versace. The star was handpicked as the face of the collection by Donatella Versace herself, who used Lady Gaga in ads for last year's spring-summer collection.
But we're more surprised that Madge is so covered up: Earlier this week, three separate Interview covers and a racy pictorial featuring the singer were released and, well, she exposes more than her philosophies on life. In the magazine—and on one of the covers—Madonna reclines with her breasts exposed. The ultra-sexy shots caused a swift uproar on social media.
The Interview pictorial was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the pair also behind the Queen of Pop's latest Versace ads. In the Versace photos, the star appears in simple, black-and-white shots wearing dark garments from the collection: In one photo she sports a black crop top with an embellished one-shoulder sleeve. Another ad shows the star striking a geometric pose in a cutout leather dress and handbag.
"Madonna is one of the true icons of Versace," Donatella said about the singer's latest contribution to the brand. "I am thrilled to have my friend and the most powerful and directional artist as the face of Versace for Spring 2015."
Back in 1995, the singer posed in a sultry campaign for the luxe line wearing bust-baring bikinis, loungewear and gowns. Those ads featured a platinum blond Madge with bleached brows—a sexy Jean Harlow-esque rendition of Old Hollywood glamour.
We have to say, age does Madonna's body good.
What do you think of the singer's new Versace ads?
