Britney Spears is newly single, which can only mean one thing: Tinder swiping.
Last Tuesday night, Jimmy Fallon hosted Spears on the Tonight Show as a surprise guest in a bit called “The Pros and Cons of Dating Britney Spears.”
“She’s recently single, she sings good jingles, she loves her Pringles, and she’s ready to mingle,” Fallon said as he introduced Spears to the stage. Unbeknownst to Spears, Fallon created a Tinder profile for Spears, where the average plebe can swipe right for the pop star. Fallon then runs down a pros and cons list of dating Britney Spears, though it is Fallon who gets skewered in the cons list.
When the pro was “‘I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman’ is a great song,” Fallon became the punchline of the bit, as Spears explains that it was also Fallon’s yearbook quote. That’s what Fallon gets for making Spears a Tinder profile and introducing her to the barrage of weirdos on the Internet.
