The star also took to Instagram to thank fans for all the birthday love after turning 22 yesterday (Tuesday, July 22).
The Come & Get It singer has been busy celebrating her birthday in St. Tropez with Cara and her pals, sharing a snap of them together with some friends to mark the occasion.
In the pic, Cara can be seen wearing a very low-cut black frock, while Sel-Go dons a colourful blouse, also undone to reveal some serious cleavage.
Gomez accompanied the image with the caption: "Thank you SO much for my birthday wishes - this has been the BEST birthday yet! THANK YOU!!!!"
Sel-Go and Cara were also snapped having some fun in the sun on their French trip, with the pair seen parasailing and riding on a jet ski.
While absent from the celebrations, Selena's pal Taylor Swift also shared a snap honouring Gomez's big day on her official Instagram page, which saw her holding up a letter 'S' necklace.
The 22 singer wrote alongside the pic: "Usually this S represents 'Swift' but today I'm wearing it because SELENA IS 22!!!!"
Gomez's on-off beau Justin Bieber is yet to wish Selena a happy birthday, but did take the time to post ANOTHER topless photo of himself instead. We're sure he was thinking of you Selena...
