Jennifer Lopez & Casper Smart Share Candy in Las Vegas

A night after sharing the stage with her ex-husband, Jennifer Lopez was on the other side of the spotlight with her current main man, Casper Smart.

Enjoying her night off after the ¡Q'Viva! The Chosen Las Vegas concert with Marc Anthony, Lopez, 42, took in a late performance of Cirque du Soleil's Mystére Sunday at the Treasure Island Hotel. A group of friends joined the couple of six months, who sipped on water and soft drinks during the performance. Their snacks of choice? Popcorn and candy.

And she was every bit the golden girl: Lopez stunned in a short, gold-beaded dress with matching gold fingernails and a gold clutch. She topped off her ensemble with diamond star-shaped earrings and diamond bracelets.

It was the ending of a whirlwind Sin City weekend for Lopez, who also launched her new single "Goin' In" with a performance at the Bellagio's Hyde hotspot Saturday.

Beyonce returns to stage

During the show, Beyonce talked about her road back to the stage after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy in January. 'Y'all don't know how hard I had to work,' she told the crowd. 'I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on the treadmill, eating lettuce.'

Six Generations of Daughters – From Baby to 111-Year-Old Great, Great, Great Grandmother

A Virginia family will have a lot of moms to fuss over this Mother’s Day.

The family has an astonishing six generations of daughters still living. The matriarch of the family, Mollie Wood, was born in 1901 and just marked her 111th birthday. The youngest addition to the family, Braylin Marie Higgins, was born in March to Wood’s great, great, great granddaughter.

The secret to the family’s longevity?

“We’re ornery,” laughed 39-year-old Marlo Shifflett. “I think that’s a lot of it. We’re too ornery to stop!”

But there might be another magic ingredient as well – resilience.

Mollie Wood was a young married woman with two toddlers in diapers and another baby on the way when her husband was stricken by polio. It took him three years to recover enough to go back to work.

Wood’s granddaughter, Bette Goodson, said Wood “had to raise all the food, wash clothes by hand, cook everything from scratch. She has worked hard all her life.”

That work ethic was certainly passed down through the generations. Three nights a week, you can find the 70-year old Goodson leading a combination yoga and Pilates class.

“It’s an important part of my life,” said Goodson, who is so limber she can sit on the floor with her legs out to the side and touch her nose to the ground.

Wood’s daughter, Goodson’s mother, is still going strong at age 88, as well. Octogenarian Louise Minter cleans houses. She’s been doing so for nearly three decades, since retiring from General Electric.

“It gives me a little extra money,” she said. “I don’t have to watch a dollar so careful.”

Minter lives just five minutes from her mother, and visits the family matriarch a few times a week.

She has tried to preserve family history for the younger generations.

“I wrote a book for my grandchildren,” Minter said. It details her life “from the time I was born until I was 16.”

Why stop at that age? Minter, still mischievous, laughed.

“After 16, I am not telling them nothing I did!” she said.

In the book, Minter wrote about how her mother “would have to wash the clothes on a board and cook on a hot cook stove and no fans or air conditioner. And when you ironed, you have to put those irons on a stove. She would wash on Monday and iron all day long on Tuesday,” said Minter.

She bemoaned the fact that children today are obsessed with video, computers and games.

“When they write a book about their young life, what are they going to say,” she wondered. “I have some wonderful memories of my childhood.”

Wood raised her family in Charlottesville, Va., where she and her daughter, Minter, still live.

Granddaughter Bette Goodson admitted that as an adult she did move away from her “close-knit family.” How far? Some 35 miles up the road to Elkton, Va., in the Shenandoah Valley.

“It took me three years to get used to being this far away,” said Goodson in her southern drawl.

Despite the strong family ties, “We are very independent. We definitely are not one to expect people to take care of us,” said Goodson’s daughter, Marlo Shifflett, who owns a beauty shop and day spa in Elkton.

Goodson agrees.

“We have all managed to stay out of each other’s business,” she said. “You would think there would be a lot of meddling, but there really isn’t.”

That suits Goodson’s husband of 50 years, Dan. He laughs when asked what it has been like to have a have a mother-in-law around for half a century. “I get along with her better than my wife does,” he says. “She’s always been nice to me; it’s not been an issue.”

Dan Goodson agrees that he married into a string of self-sufficient women. “They’re just all tough old birds,” he says. “I’m not talking about being mean, but they can take on a challenge, and surprise you.”

Bette had to do just that, Dan says, when he was diagnosed with cancer three years ago. She had to take care of him, and the maintenance on their house and some rental properties.

Such fierce independence extends to 16-year-old Savannah Shifflett, the mother of baby Braylin.

“My daughter has not asked for help,” Marlo Shifflett said. “And I thought, ‘Where does she get that from?’ And I realized we’re all that way.”

The family admitted they were devastated when they found out that Savannah was expecting, but the women said the baby has made them even closer.

Savannah is engaged to the Braylin’s dad, and said of her infant, “She definitely wasn’t planned, but she’s my world.”

All six generations got together for Mollie Wood’s 111th birthday in April. Wood, who was still sharp until age 109, is less so now, according to family members.

But she certainly took notice of her great, great, great granddaughter. When Braylin was brought into her room, Wood revealed that spirit that has kept her going for so long.

“I don’t want to babysit,” she said, according to her granddaughter, Goodson, “I want to do what I want to do!”

As for the now-extended family tree, Savannah laughed.

“We’re pretty normal,” she said. “It’s just a bunch of grandmas.”

Howard Stern Bashes Jennifer Lopez's Judging Skills, Says 'Idol' Makes Him Want to Vomit

On Monday night, Howard Stern will make his debut on the judging panel of "America's Got Talent" — and the King of All Media is beyond ready to share his opinions. At a press conference for the NBC reality show held earlier today in New York, he got candid about the current reality TV judges that he loves — and hates. Look out, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears!

The King of All Media said his judging style will be very different from what is currently on TV. "We've got to be honest, we've got to be direct and we've got to help the talent," he said of fellow judges Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel. "This is one of the problems [with the other shows]. You watch 'American Idol' and you could throw up. Listen, J.Lo. — I don't understand what she's doing there. Not every contestant can be wonderful. You have to be upfront with people. If I sit there in a beautiful dress and just tell them they're wonderful they're not going to get anywhere. I'm not doing it to be mean. I'm doing it to be helpful."

Stern also addressed the news that Spears has inked a deal to be a judge on "X-Factor" in the fall. "I think it's a wonderful decision," the 58-year-old entertainer said sarcastically. "You know, Britney still thinks the earth is flat. I think we're going to tune in to see if she can sort of function through this. As far as any criticism I think Simon [Cowell] and L.A. Reid will be doing that."

So how does he envision Spears' judging style to be? "I think Britney is going to stand there and eat a lollipop and wear a sexy outfit," he said. "I don't anticipate any great opinions from her. I think she'll sit there like J.Lo and say: 'Oh, you're wonderful and terrific. Think I can get a perfume endorsement out of this? Think I can perform on the show?' I think that's what it's about it. I'll tune in to see what kind of trainwreck she is — absolutely."

So whose judging skills does he like? Here's his short list: "There is always one judge [on a show] that you care what he has to say. I'm a fan of Simon Cowell's. I was a fan of Piers Morgan's when he was on 'America's Got Talent.' Len Goodman from 'Dancing with the Stars.' I like that guy L.A. Reid. Adam Levine is good on 'The Voice.' In my case, I'm that judge that you care about. It's amazing. My honesty is infectious."

Stern adds that if judges don't actually judge and offer candid opinions like he's promising to do, "this type of television risks going the way of the disco ball. If the judges don't step up and offer real criticism, then these types of shows will get too dull. I’m hopefully going to add some energy to it."

Justin Bieber's 'Boyfriend' Video: Frame By Frame - @ampmfun

Director X sits down with MTV News and breaks down the sexy new clip, including the deets on 'Chunky Bieber.'

Justin Bieber drives fast cars, nuzzles with one very lovely young woman and gets his dance on in his record-setting "Boyfriend" video. Fairly simple in its concept, the video is a snapshot of what it would be like to party with the teen star and his hip friends on a rooftop in Los Angeles.

MTV News recently sat down with Director X, and he broke down what it was like to hit the set with the 18-year-old as he readies the next phase of his career, the more mature Believe era. The video is the lead visual off Bieber's June 19 album, and X took us through the clip, frame by frame.

"We start this off with the car stunts," he said of the opening shot. "We wrecked that car by the way; both of those Mustangs were pretty shot after this video, completely shot after this video."

From there, fans are invited to Bieber's car-themed rooftop bash, one that recalls the type of shindig another teen idol from back in the day may have thrown.

"So we got this rooftop here in L.A., starting our day with Justin and he's pulling up. We got all the cool kids hanging out," X said. "Justin's new look, he's kind of got a James Dean thing going on here. That's really Justin driving that Mustang ... and he did all the stunts by himself, completely. That's all him," X joked. "Actually, that's us holding the car. We put the car on these wheels and we pushed it around in circles while Justin pretended to drive."

Justin's "smooth" driving moves are matched only by the real ones he uses on his female co-star, Rachel Barnes. "We got Justin with the girl, pulling [her] around [with the] kids dancing, 'cause you know how kids do. That's what goes on [at these get-togethers]: Someone brings out their guitar and the party happens," he explained.

"The idea really was to show a lifestyle piece — Justin hanging out — to show that he's older ... just to see this new vibe," the director added. "We get to see that he's growing into his manhood. [We] just [wanted] to get in an environment where we can show that naturally, just have fun and get the vibe of who he is."

While Bieber and his lady love in the video captured fans' attention, a co-star who was dubbed "Chunky Bieber" on-set has also gotten some buzz. X explained, "[Chunky Bieber] came with one of the cars and somehow [Bieber's manager], Scooter [Braun], I don't know how in the world they got into conversation where Chunky Bieber started dancing somehow." Apparently it all went down when the director wasn't looking. "They taped 'Chunky Bieber' to his shirt and Chunky Bieber got in the video."

As the video closes out, Justin's dancing skills are on full display. "Got some footage of Justin dancing, [and] those are really his feet," Director X said. "He can do that, and that's it: Justin Bieber, bad boy."

Cameron Diaz: "I Burst Into Tears" After Super Short Haircut

Hair today, gone tomorrow -- that's the lesson Cameron Diaz learned when a pal lopped off several inches from her hair in December 2011.

Just before Christmas, the What to Expect When You're Expecting star visited a female friend's house for a quick trim. "She was leaving to go away for Christmas with her family, it was 10:00 at night and we were trying to just get it in," Diaz explained on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Tuesday. "There was a little misunderstanding. I said I just want a little bit cut off and it went from here to here."

The leggy blonde actress -- who wore a Stella McCartney skirt -- said "it was one of those moments" where she couldn't help but "burst into tears. I started crying. I felt so vulnerable. For a woman to all of a sudden have no hair . . . oh my God!"

Diaz, 39, joked that she "yelled" and "screamed" at her pal, who "felt really bad" about chopping off her long blonde locks. "She started crying. I started crying. A couple other people started crying. I ended up writing her a few e-mails over the next few days assuring her I was OK."

The single actress also revealed she's "so looking forward" to turning 40 this August. "I love getting older," Diaz explained. "I love having wisdom, learning about myself and knowing myself better. I used to ask my grandparents all the things I wanted to know because they had the experience. Now kids just Google! It's making grandparents obsolete."

Jennifer Lopez Explains Why Her Tour With Enrique Iglesias Will Be Historic

Jennifer Lopez believes that her upcoming tour with Enrique Iglesias will be an unforgettable one and will stand out among the bunch. "I think it's going to be one of the most historic tours ever," she said in a press conference on Monday afternoon, April 30.

On the reason why, the "Dance Again" singer explained, "I don't think that there has ever been something like this that these Latinos have come together like this as family, international. English and Spanish." She concluded, "I just think it's very ground breaking."

J.Lo and Enrique will kick off the tour on July 14 at Bell Centre in Montreal, QC, and continue visiting big cities in North America until the end of August. During the North American leg, they will be supported by Latin duo Wisin & Yandel.

Talking about how the joint trek came about, J.Lo explained to Access Hollywood, "It was just kind of a natural thing, we had talked months ago ... he had sent me a record and said, 'Let's do a duet together' and so we were looking into finding the right record."

Though having different styles, she's adamant that they could complement each other. "That's OK, that's good, yin and yang, it'll work!" Enrique agrees with her as saying, "It will be fun." She chimes in, "I think we're going to have a great time."

In preparing for the gig, the "American Idol" judge is getting help from her dancer boyfriend Casper Smart. To ET, she reveals, "He's supervising choreographer and we're just working together to make the best show that we can make."

Khloé Kardashian: 'Divorce Is Not an Option'

Khloé Kardashian has gotten used to sharing her life on television, but now the reality star and her husband Lamar Odom are stepping back from the spotlight.

"We just wanted to prioritize a little," Kardashian, 27, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview as the couple tables their show Khloé & Lamar until his basketball career is back on track. "We just wanted a little pause. Part of being married is knowing when your husband needs your support."

While Kardashian says she always made sure cameras weren't around during days when Lamar, 32, had a basketball game (he's currently sitting out the season after a difficult trade to Dallas), now that they'll only be appearing on E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and their own daily lives will no longer be on display, "there's less pressure on us."

That pressure had certainly been building.

But Kardashian says, the risk of damaging her relationship with Lamar wasn't worth it.

"I'm a modern girl, but you should put your husband first," she says. "I like to think divorce is not an option."

Jennifer Lopez suffers from a VPL as she squeezes her curves into an unusual snake detail dress

She is almost as famous for her curvy derriere as she is for her singing and acting career.

However, Jennifer Lopez's ample rear end looked a little cramped as she tried to squeeze her body into a very fitted dress.

The 42-year-old is certainly in great shape for her age, but even she couldn't avoid the inevitable visible panty line that came with her special frock.

Jenny from the block chose to wear very stylish dress which featured a snake coiled round her neck for a press conference with Enrique Iglesias.

The serpent may have been the main feature on the outfit, but the star's VPL also drew a few glances as she turned around to show off her curves.

The snake was attached to her black and peach mini-dress from the hip area, bringing a whole new meaning to the term 'snake-hips.'

Perhaps the mother-of-two was going for a snake charmer effect.

She obviously has toy-boy Casper Smart,25, hypnotised as he was trailing around after her with a vacant look on his face.

Lopez wore the shock frock to announce that she and fellow Latin superstar Enrique Iglesias are to tour together.

They announced 16 dates today with more to follow.

Wisin Y Yandel will open for Lopez and Iglesias on the tour, which will be promoted by AEG Live and presented by State Farm; tickets will go on sale this Friday.

This tour follows the release of her seventh studio album, Love?, in 2011, and the huge hit with Pitbull, On The Floor.

Iglesias asked Pitbull and Prince Royce to join him on the road for his The Euphoria Tour which grossed more than $7.2 million in its final nine dates, including $1.3 million at New York's Madison Square Garden on November4, according to Billboard Boxscore.

'I'm so excited to be spending this summer out on the road. There is no better feeling than being out on stage in front of all my fans,' said Iglesias in a statement.

Meanwhile JLo may well have donned the dress to try and slip out of legal drama that has emerged and TMZ are reporting that J-Lo's former driver Hakob Manoukian is suing the star.

According to the website, he claims he started driving for J.Lo and Marc Anthony in 2005 and that 'over time they loved him so much, they convinced him to shut down his company and work exclusively as her personal Head of Security and Transportation.'

Hakob claims J.Lo agreed to pay him more than $200,000 per year.

But according to the suit, things went south when Lopez began filming What to Expect When You're Expecting last year, Hakob claims he was forced to spend time with Benny Medina.

Hakob - who was born in Iraq - says Medina 'hated his guts from the start ... claiming Benny would often rip him for the way he dressed, cussed him out in public and told him he could not speak English well enough.'

This caused J-Lo to demote him, he contends.

Emma Stone vs. Jennifer Lopez

It's a battle of the Medusa wannabe's!

Emma Stone, 23, and Jennifer Lopez, 42, were both spotted in this serpent-inspired nude, black and rose color-blocked Lanvin Spring 2012 dress with crystal snake wrap.

The Amazing Spider-Man actress was snapped back in January when she attended a W Magazine pre-Golden Globes 2012 party at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. The stretch silk design was paired with wavy locks, black satin pumps and copper eye makeup that gave her a shimmering glow that we're sure even that embellished reptile was envious of.

Meanwhile, our saucy gal-pal J.Lo attended a press conference at Boulevard3 Club in La-La Land just yesterday, where she worked the same long-sleeved look but chose to keep her hair up and off of her slithering friend. For accessories, the American Idol judge went for Giuseppe Zanotti ankle-strap pumps and left her makeup to a minimum.

The real question is, which one of these sexy stars should that snake take a fashion bite out of?! We mean a love bite, of course.

Can Jessica Simpson's New Baby Make Her a Ton of Cash?

How much will Jessica Simpson make off her pregnancy and recent birth?
—Doughboy, via the inbox

If there's one thing Jessica Simpson knows how to do, it's make money out of stuff that other people do all the time, like, getting married. Or, in this most recent case, making a newborn baby girl named Maxwell Drew Johnson.

Just how much is Simpson—who is already super rich—expected to rake in?

First of all, there's no guarantee she'll make half as much as reproducing stars of yore; the days of People magazine paying up to $15 million for the first shot of Knox and Vivienne are long gone.

"They were the last" of the celebrities to fetch that kind of cash for a baby photo, confirms Cooper Lawrence, author of The Cult of Celebrity and cohost of the new podcast Loose Talk. "That ship has sailed."

And remember: Jessica allegedly tried to sell confirmation of her pregnancy, plus first baby photos, for a reported $750,000, but failed. (Instead we got a free photo of her as a "mummy." Get it. Get it?)

JESSICA SIMPSON, MOGUL: How Rich Is She Already?

Still, there are deals to make for an enterprising gal like Simpson, and she's reportedly making quite a haul.

There's her newly inked Weight Watchers spokesperson deal, which fetched her a reported $3 million.

How will Simpson lose all that baby weight? I wonder!

Plus, Simpson already has a huge fashion empire, which started with shoes but has since grown to roughly two dozen separate licenses, including stuff for tweens, plus-sized women...and soon-to-be-moms.

Simpson's recent pregnancy should only boost sales in that last category.

And finally, there are still those baby photos to sell.

When at first you don't succeed, try, try again, and that's reportedly what Simpson is doing. According to sources who have spoken to my hard-driving reporter colleagues here at E!, Simpson may soon have a deal for the first baby photos—and it could be for $750,000 or more.

"That's a lot of money for people like us," Lawrence tells this B!tch. "But it's not a lot of money for a celebrity baby photo."
